Riddi currently ships orders across India only.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for purchases on riddi.co is ₹2,000.

Orders below the minimum order value cannot be processed through the website.

Shipping Coverage

We currently provide shipping services across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location and availability of courier services.

At present, international shipping is not available.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment.

Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, customisation requirements, and other operational factors.

Customers will receive relevant shipping or tracking information once the order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Courier service;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Festivals and peak-sale periods;
  • Unforeseen logistical circumstances; and
  • Other circumstances beyond Riddi’s reasonable control.

Any delivery estimate provided at checkout or after ordering is an estimate and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date unless specifically stated otherwise.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact information at the time of placing an order.

Riddi cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please document the condition of the package before opening it wherever possible.

Please take clear photographs/videos showing:

  • The outer package;
  • Shipping label;
  • Visible damage;
  • Packaging material; and
  • The product received.

If the shipping damage is verified and sufficient proof is provided, Riddi will send a replacement product, subject to availability.
